Kitchen FAQs

What styles of kitchens do you offer?

We offer a wide range of styles including contemporary & modern, handleless, shaker, traditional and in-frame.

 

Do you offer bespoke kitchens?

Yes, we offer a number of our styles in bespoke,  made to measure sizes, cabinets can be customised to your needs.

 

How much does a new kitchen cost ? 

Supply only kitchens can start from around £6,000 for the units only or from around £15,000 for units, laminate worktops and appliances. Supply and installation of kitchens will often include appliances, worktops, electrical work, flooring, lighting etc. Installed by our own fitters, this option will usually start from around £20,000.

 

Do you arrange plumbing, electrics, gas, plastering etc?

Yes, we can arrange plumbing, gas work, electrics, plastering, flooring, decorating, tiling and structural work

 

Can you do building work to knock our dining room and kitchen together?

Yes, This is a very popular renovation that our customers want, to create a large social area. From taking a wall out to a complete extension, we work with a local builder for the structural work, and we can handle everything including arranging a structural engineer, helping with planning consent etc

 

Can I buy my kitchen as supply only as I have a fitter already?

Yes, absolutely, you can buy your kitchen as supply only.

 

How much do you charge for the kitchen design?

Our initial visit to your home to discuss your project and the first design are free of charge. We retain the designs and these are not given to you at this stage. If you require additional design layouts or wish to have a copy of the design, then a £250 fee will apply. This is refunded if you go ahead with the project.

 

How does your process work?

Step 1. Initial consultation with one of the owners in our showroom or in the comfort of your home to discuss ideas, wish list and colour schemes. We will need an idea of your budget at this stage.

Step 2. Survey the room, followed by a tailored 3D cad design for you to view and discuss at our next pre-arranged meeting.

Step 3. On finalising the design details, we would firm up products including worktop, appliances, sink and tap, flooring, lighting and any accessories. A deposit of 35% is required for us to order your kitchen and a proposed fitting date will then be arranged.

Step 4. Installation commences with our own fitting team and Andrew or Karen, the owners, will be with you every step of the way throughout the whole process.

Are you more expensive than the national kitchen companies?

No, not necessarily, we offer a wide range of product to cater for most budgets and have come up comparable on quotes to many of the nationals. 

 

Do you remove and dispose of the old kitchen?

Yes, we will take out your old kitchen and dispose of it, which will be priced within your quote. Alternatively, you could arrange a small skip at your property if you wish.
