At Diamond Interiors we offer a full design, planning and installation service that is second to none.

To ensure that you get the best possible service from us we always carry out a comprehensive site survey. We listen to customers requirements, not only the colours and styles they prefer, but how they are going to use the room, what they need in it and what they want from it.

Following the survey we will then design and produce a computer generated 3D plan of the new room that encompasses the requirements and budget. At this point we  invite customers back into our showroom to go through the design and make any necessary adjustments. It may be that we need to design a number of different solutions so that the customer can pick the best option for them.  We actively encourage clients to participate in this design activity by having their input. Our long experience in this field means that we are able to use on our expertise and knowledge in design to help create  a solution that will totally satisfy the ambitions of our clients.


Once a job has been ordered, we will book in a mutually convenient starting date for the installation.

All installations are overseen by our in-house Project Management Department

For all installations we are happy to remove any existing units or furniture in the room (and can also dispose of them if required). We personally oversee the complete installation which means  that we have total control over fitting standards, quality and timings. So when we say we’ll be there – we mean it!

All of our fitters/installers have worked with us for many years and therefore we control the high quality of work they do. We co-ordinate all the necessary tasks from start to finish so that there is no need for customers to find other tradesman themselves to dovetail into the timetable.

We appreciate that from time to time customers may wish to use some of their own tradesman or carry out some tasks themselves (e.g. Painting and decorating). We are very happy to build this into our schedule.

Don’t forget we can cover everything from floor to ceiling in your new room, so if clients need any additional work carrying out e.g.  electrics; gas work; heating;  flooring or tiling then we can arrange this for them.

We can organise and oversee the whole project from start to finish so continuity can be assured – and with one point of contact during your installation customers have complete piece of mind.

For those clients with a larger project that also includes building work, we have our dedicated and experienced team to look after everything from drawing up architects plans, applying for planning permission, to then carrying out all the building work, fitting out the room and even painting it. It doesn’t matter how small or large the job is, our highly recommended project management service is here to help

We only request  final payment once your new room has been completed to customers complete satisfaction. Once the project is completed, our unrivalled after sales service is only a call away.  We have been in business in the same location for nearly 30 years so should you require any after sales assistance or require addition work to be done, then  we will be here to help.
